❇️ PPWR relates to stricter compliance. Cardboard boxes, hangtag pouches, dust bags, stretch wrap, and labels are all subject to these regulations; any item classified as packaging must comply. 💠
❇️ ERP, necessary test reports for packing materials, for potential Customs inspections. 💠
❇️ Have a CNAS-ISO 17025-accredited laboratory perform packaging testing: heavy metals, PFAS, and recyclability assessment.
❇️ Retain the packaging materials bill of materials (BOM), supplier declarations, material certificates, and test reports. 💠
❇️ Prepare a declaration of conformity (DoC) in both local language and English, and include it with the shipment for reference. 💠
❇️ If you have goods need be shipped to EU after today or passing the Customs now, you need negotiate with local buyers, and confirm the necessary marks and mentioned compliance as above to avoid non-compliant goods are immediately seized, recalled, or banned from sale. ㊗️
