❇️ Why do some gloves | garments | soft accessories brands get 20% ➕ complaints & refunds for fabrics❓
❇️ Many brands gave us feedback that they did some failed purchasing because mainly comparing costs and pray for a production without defects. These suppliers did finish order per the order amount, but there is nothing with them for 10% plus defects ✖️ . And 10% defects will disrupt and make gloves | garements 👚 | soft accessories 🧣 manufacturers very uncomfortable, saving 10% but delay more time, more complains / refunds for bad color fastness after washing, low tear resistancy, stains, snaggings... ✖️
✅ To avoid defects, the way is to quality control each step, rather than just say "Oh no, there are 20% ➕ defects rate, we are so sorry, but remaking will take more cost and more lead time, may you pay and wait a while ❓ " Those are stupid words and still happening. 💭
1️⃣ Checking the PDF ( Prepare for dyeing fabrics), cut✂️ the defective PDF and send over them to the next step. ➡️
2️⃣ Doing quality inspection in process of bleaching for printing / deying. 🟥
3️⃣ Doing quality inspection AGAIN, if you need do C0 DWR performance without PFAS | FR | Anti-odor | anti-bacteria... performance. 🔷
4️⃣ Finishing the final quality inspection on fabrics before ready to ship out. 🔶
✅ So it's very necessary to do several quality contol before shipping, to make sure quality is ok. 📢
