❇️ For custom print 100% nylon, light weight, crinkled fabrics development, should print first then do crinkle finishing, or crinkled first then do custom printing ❓
☑️ We achieved this following crinkling first & print later, and why❓
1️⃣ The basic logic for production is: right nylon yarns ➡️ custom weaving into PDF (required yarns count | density) ➡️ dyeing in natural white/ bleach white/ required base color (in this step, crinkle shows naturally.) ➡️ custom print ➡️doing internal test in lab ➡️ finishing quality control and share list ➡️ shipping our based EXW | FOB | DDP... terms.
2️⃣ The crinkle shows naturally, because we use the untwistin effect of S/Z twist yarns, when the S/Z twist yarns are in right temperature shrinking. 💠
