❇️ "What's the lead time for manufacturing custom soft accessory (custom head wears 🧢 | custom ties | custom scarf/ bandana/ twilly ...)❓"
❇️ Here is the break downs ~ 💠
1️⃣ Preparing fabrics first: choosing right PDF in sock, ( prepare fo dyeing fabric ), then custom color dye or custom print following confirmed S/O and L/D, this process and the bulk fabrics quality control will take about 8-12 working days~ 💠
2️⃣ If client need empower Intertek | SGS | BV ... other third parties to do testing and teir QC to check the quality in our warehouse, the time will vary from the services you choose, the quicker testings will be more expensive~ 💠
3️⃣ Cutting fabrics and hemming and packing into finished products: custom soft accessories manufacturing is not so complicated as some custom garments with many details, and this part only takes about 7-10 working days, if there is big quantity, it may take a little more time~
